I have had an excellent experience with Tarentum Care. I have used their services for my mom care, and the process was extremely easy and straightforward. I would often call each time to check up on my mom, and the woman that helped me was always so helpful and charming, unlike a lot of Assistant living facilities employees these days! There was one time where something had happened; the facility was extremely understanding and waved some charges since I was a customer with good record. Overall, I am very satisfied with this Assisted living because I feel like a valued customer and in safe hands for my mom care, and that is so important to me.
